Frequently Asked Questions

Are you curious what Christmas Eve at Landing Place Church is like? We've got answers! Below are some frequently asked questions. If you have other questions please contact us at info@landingplacechurch.com

What time should I get there?

It’s a good idea to arrive 10-15 minutes before the service starts. You can enjoy entertainment in our lobby, check your kids into KidzLink, and find your perfect seats before the service begins.  If you have a bigger group, we recommend you find your seats at least 10 minutes before service to ensure you can all be together.

How long will the service be?

Our Christmas services last around an hour – just like our regular Weekend Worship Experiences.  We will spend time worshipping through music, hearing some Christmas scripture and an inspirational message, and closing with a candlelight experience.

What should I wear?

There’s no dress code here—come just as you are! Some people enjoy dressing up for Christmas, while others keep it casual. Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and ready to celebrate the season. Everyone is welcome to be themselves and enjoy the warmth of the holiday with us.

What will my kids do?

We have an amazing kids ministry called KidzLink.  Babies through Kindergarten are welcome to attend.  Kids 1st grade and higher can join their families in the Gathering Place for our family friendly Christmas Eve celebration.

Will there be candle lighting?

Yes!  All of our Christmas Eve services will end with a beautiful time of singing and candle lighting.

Will you be live streaming one of the services?

We believe that Christmas Eve is best enjoyed together in person.  For those of you who won’t be able to join us, we will have a recorded version available for you to watch on our website and our YouTube channel beginning at 2pm on December 24th.

What else should I know?

Our building will be dressed up for Christmas and many families love to take pictures while they’re at services.  So feel free to find your favorite spot and take a Christmas photo before you leave!

What is your upcoming schedule?

We will not have services on December 28th to give our volunteers and staff a little extra time with family and friendsWe can’t wait to see you back on Sunday, January 4th for our brand new series.
