NextGen is the place where students can come to connect with each other and God. We gather for weekly youth group on Sunday nights. We also have activities throughout the year where our students and leaders can build relationships and have fun. NextGen is family. Come join us!

The Bridge (5-6th)
The Bridge (5-6th)

Series: Like and Subscribe

Series Description: God’s Big Story showed His love to everyone. When we follow Jesus, we can love others just like Jesus.

Memory Verse: “I give you a new command. Love one another. You must love one another, just as I have loved you.” (John 13:34, NIrV)

Middle School (7th-8th)
Middle School (7th-8th)

Series: North Star

Series Description: Middle schoolers chase love, approval, and belonging in a hundred places. North Star starts by fixing them on what’s already true: In Jesus, God loved us first (Romans 5:8; 1 John 4:19). From that love, we learn to guard the heart (Proverbs 4:23), to spot and take God’s way out when temptation shows up (1 Corinthians 10:13), and to grow wise together. Our prayer is that students learn to orient their lives around truth from God’s Word and live it out in ways that aren’t feelings-led choices, but faith-formed choices. This series gives students simple, shared habits that move them from reacting to what they feel to responding in faith—so His love actually becomes the light they walk by.

Memory Verse: “With all your heart you must trust the Lord and not your own judgment. Always let him lead you, and he will clear the road for you to follow” (Proverbs 3:5-6 CEV).

High School (9th-12th)
High School (9th-12th)

Series: Counterfeit

Series Description: Love and temptation often look alike at first glance. Both promise excitement, connection, and satisfaction—but one leads to life, the other to regret. This series helps students recognize what’s real and what’s fake by anchoring their understanding of love in God’s truth. Our prayer is that students would learn to guard their hearts, resist temptation, and experience a love that isn’t counterfeit but rooted in who Jesus is.

Memory Verse: “Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it” (Proverbs 4:23 CEV).

NextGen Events 2026

Summer Camp 2026

We are super excited to be able to offer SUMMER CAMP once again this year! The dates are Monday June 15th – Friday June 19th. This adventure is for our kids entering 3rd-6th grade as of Fall of 2026. This is the phase of life where our kids begin to own their faith and following Jesus gets personal. That makes it the perfect time to experience a summer camp with LPC at a new location this year. It will be held at A Table in the Wilderness in Centennial WY!  Our KidzLink and Next Gen leaders LOVE making this camp happen because it creates meaningful connections for kids with God and with peers. Not to mention, it’s a TON of fun.

High School Mission Trip 2026

Attention High Schoolers! We are going on a mission trip where we will demonstrate Jesus’ love and compassion in tangible ways, serving real people in need while working on projects like building wheelchair ramps and handrails, weatherizing homes and trailers, reconstructing sagging porches, significant painting projects, interior and exterior carpentry, and other home repair projects that the homeowner cannot otherwise complete.

Desperation Conference 2026

Attention incoming 8th grade students and up! If you want to go to a worship filled weekdays with amazing bands and awesome speakers, this is the event for you! We will be staying in a hotel for two nights and coming back late on July 9th.

Middle School Mission Trip 2026

Attention Middle School we will be participation in a Week of Hope mission trip! Students come alongside seasoned local ministries and nonprofits to make a lasting difference through meaningful community service. They’ll learn Christ-like empathy and compassion for others as they meet the spiritual, physical, and emotional needs of disadvantaged children, youth, and adults.

Parent Resource

Parent Cue App

Parent Cue is an effective tool to engage your students with the content we go over on Sunday evenings! Download the app, put in our church, and enjoy having conversations with your students!

NextGen Compassion Sponsorship

We want our students to develop generosity and believe that generosity takes practice. NextGen wants to provide a space for this. Every week at youth group we will receive an offering. In addition to giving in-person the students can also give online. Use the "other" category to give.

NextGen sponsors in Guatemala through Compassion International: Carlos. Our weekly giving will go towards the on-going sponsorship of Carlos.
