Staffing Update

We recently hired Tracie Paschall as our Creative Director. Tracie will oversee all things creative at LPC, with a specific emphasis on communications and our weekend worship experience. She’s spent her career in communications and marketing and her volunteer time in community theater – a perfect combination for this role! Tracie started June 17th and we’re excited to welcome her to the team.

Eric Bloom will be taking on the role of Growth/Care Pastor. Eric will oversee pastoral care (funerals, families in need, specialty care groups, and prayer ministry) while retaining leadership of mid-sized ministries and evening classes. His heart for pastoring combined with his deep love for spiritual growth makes him perfect for this new responsibility.

After 6 years leading our KidzLink ministry, we are excited to have Ariel Holcomb step into leadership over our Small Groups and Outreach areas. As the Small Groups/Outreach Pastor, she will oversee all of our small groups as well as our community events and missions. Ariel will be fantastic in this new as she understands our groups and outreach ministries and is ready to expand on the foundation that exists.

Roger Funk, who has been leading our community events for years, will continue to serve as our Connections Pastor and have more ability to focus on our connections process, including Newcomers, Starting Point, and Sunday teams, as well as the One City team.
